If you want it, we help with opening a bank account, NIE number (Spanish tax number), and financing. Usually can be financed up to 80% of the price.
If you decide to buy, you sign a purchase contract and pay 10% of the purchase price, the rest must be paid on the acquisition.

(Deed, land registration, stamp duty, lawyer, etc.)
